Ingredients:
- Lemon juice - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 20 g (0.25 cup)
- Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Sesame seeds - 10 g (1 tbsp)
- Tilapia fillet - 150 g (1 pcs)
- Green beans - 150 g (1.2 cup)
- Cauliflower - 100 g (1 cup)
How to make:
- Coat tilapia with lemon juice and marinate for 10 minutes
- Put the fish in a baking dish with chopped vegetables and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 °F
- Sprinkle with Parmesan and sesame seeds when serving
