Ingredients:

  • Onion - 30 g (0.3 whole)
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Tomato - 100 g (1 whole)
  • Mushroom - 100 g
  • Walnut - 20 g
  • Bell pepper - 50 g (0.25 whole)
  • Mixed greens - 30 g (1 cup)
  • Beans - 60 g (0.3 cup)

How to make:

  1. Soak beans (preferably overnight) and boil
  2. Chop tomato, onion, and bell pepper. Add chopped mushrooms, greens, spices, season with salt. Stew for 10-15 minutes
  3. Add beans and sprinkle with walnuts
