Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Onion - 30 g (0.3 whole)
  • Garlic clove - 3 g (1 pcs)
  • Soy sauce - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Carrot - 50 g (0.5 whole)
  • Sesame seeds - 5 g (0.5 tbsp)
  • Bell pepper - 100 g (0.5 whole)
  • Tofu - 100 g
  • Rice noodles - 40 g
  • Cashew nut - 10 g

How to make:

  1. Cut tofu into cubes and sauté in oil. Meanwhile, pour boiling water over noodles and let sit for 4-5 minutes
  2. Add to the tofu and briefly sauté carrot, onion, bell pepper, and garlic for 2-3 minutes. Pour in soy sauce and add cooked noodles. Vegetables remain crispy and half-baked inside. Stir and sprinkle with sesame seeds and cashews when serving
