Ingredients:

  • Spinach - 30 g (1 cup)
  • Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Onion - 40 g (0.4 whole)
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Nutmeg - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Green beans - 90 g (0.7 cup)
  • Beef meat, ground - 230 g
  • Whipping cream 30% - 55 ml

How to make:

  1. Grind the onion in a blender and mix with minced meat. Form balls with your hands and put in a pan with oil. Fry for 1-2 minutes. Add cream and cook for 10 minutes more
  2. Add chopped green beans and cook for 3-5 minutes, add chopped spinach at the end, season with salt and pepper
