Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Zucchini - 150 g
- Cucumber - 100 g (1 whole)
- Beef - 100 g
- Parmesan 40% - 25 g
- Whipping cream 30% - 30 ml (2 tbsp)
How to make:
- Pound beef with meat tenderizer, cut into thin slices
- Cook in oil for 2-3 minutes, season with salt and pepper, add cream, cover and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes
- Meanwhile place zucchini on the griddle. Slice cucumber. Serve meat with vegetables
