Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Zucchini - 150 g
  • Cucumber - 100 g (1 whole)
  • Beef - 100 g
  • Parmesan 40% - 25 g
  • Whipping cream 30% - 30 ml (2 tbsp)

How to make:

  1. Pound beef with meat tenderizer, cut into thin slices
  2. Cook in oil for 2-3 minutes, season with salt and pepper, add cream, cover and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes
  3. Meanwhile place zucchini on the griddle. Slice cucumber. Serve meat with vegetables
