Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Onion - 50 g (0.5 whole)
- Balsamic vinegar - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Chickpeas, canned - 120 g (0.5 cup)
- Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Soy sauce - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Broccoli - 230 g
- Paprika - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Garlic powder - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Ginger powder - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
How to make:
- Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, ginger, all spices. Fry for 3-4 minutes
- Add broccoli and about a glass of water. Stew until broccoli is soft on the outside but crispy on the inside, about 5 minutes
- Mix soy sauce with balsamic vinegar, add to broccoli. Stir in chickpeas. Fry together for another 1 min
