Brussels Sprouts in Creamy Sauce with Grilled Salmon

Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Brussels sprout - 200 g
  • Salmon fillet - 150 g
  • Almond flakes - 30 g (2 tbsp)
  • Soya cream - 75 ml (0.3 cup)

How to make:

  1. Heat up the grill on a medium-high heat and place the salmon under the grill for around 12 minutes
  2. Trim the brussels sprouts and cut each one in half. Heat the oil in a large pan, add the brussels sprouts and garlic and cook for 2 minutes
  3. Add the soya cream, lower the heat and leave to simmer uncovered until the brussels sprouts are tender and the sauce has thickened. Sprinkle the flaked almonds over the brussels sprouts
  4. Serve the brussels sprouts with the grilled salmon
