Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Onion - 70 g
  • Banana - 50 g
  • Cucumber - 100 g
  • Tomato - 50 g
  • Mushroom - 50 g
  • Bulgur - 35 g
  • Peanut butter, sugar-free - 20 g

How to make:

  1. Preheat the oil, simmer the onion and chopped mushrooms
  2. Add the washed bulgur, add water and cook with the lid on for 20 minutes (until the bulgur is ready)
  3. Prepare the salad from the fresh vegetables, season with lemon juice
  4. For dessert – cut the banana lengthwise, pour the nut paste over the fruit
