Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
- Onion - 30 g
- Tomato - 50 g
- Bell pepper - 50 g
- Avocado - 40 g
- Greens - 50 g
- Beans, canned - 50 g
- Chicken, boiled - 60 g
- Tortilla - 50 g
How to make:
- Cut pepper and onion into cubes
- Preheat the oil and simmer the pepper and onion for 3–5 minutes
- Add the beans and simmer for another 5 minutes
- Cut chicken fillet, tomatoes and avocado into cubes
- Place all the ingredients on one half of the tortilla and cover with the other half
