Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Onion - 30 g
  • Tomato - 50 g
  • Bell pepper - 50 g
  • Avocado - 40 g
  • Greens - 50 g
  • Beans, canned - 50 g
  • Chicken, boiled - 60 g
  • Tortilla - 50 g

How to make:

  1. Cut pepper and onion into cubes
  2. Preheat the oil and simmer the pepper and onion for 3–5 minutes
  3. Add the beans and simmer for another 5 minutes
  4. Cut chicken fillet, tomatoes and avocado into cubes
  5. Place all the ingredients on one half of the tortilla and cover with the other half
