Ingredients:
- Salt - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Brown rice - 100 g
- Flank steak - 110 g
- Zucchini, chopped - 323 g (1 whole)
- Pinto beans, canned and drained - 130 g
How to make:
- Heat a non stick pan over medium heat and add the flank steak. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side
- In another non stick pan add olive oil and heat pan over medium heat
- Add the sliced zucchini and saute for 5-7 minutes stirring frequently. Add a dash of salt to the zucchini. Serve flank steak and zucchini together
- Heat pinto beans for about 1 minute in the microwave
