Ingredients:

  • Whole-wheat bread - 40 g (1 slice)
  • Peanut butter - 32 g (2 tbsp)
  • Carrot - 198 g
  • Ranch dressing - 30 g
  • Strawberry jam - 40 g (2 tbsp)

How to make:

  1. Slice the bread in half. Spread one slice of bread with peanut butter and the other slice with jelly. Ranch serve with carrots on the side
