Ingredients:
- Egg - 50 g (1 pcs)
- Almond flour - 20 g (0.2 cup)
- Cheddar cheese - 60 g
- Cauliflower - 150 g
- Avocado oil - 5 ml
- Spring onion - 20 g
- Mozzarella 50% - 75 g
How to make:
- Grind cauliflower in a blender -make cauliflower rice. Place in a bowl, season with salt and leave to rest for 10 minutes
- Add almond flour, cheese and egg, mix thoroughly
- Preheat the skillet over medium heat, add avocado oil, cook the fritters 1-3 minutes on each side. Once cooked, place on a plate with paper towels to drain excess oil and moisture
- Serve topped with spring onion
