Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Brown rice, cooked - 200 g
  • Mango - 124 g
  • Broccoli - 90 g (1 cup)
  • Rotisserie chicken, skinless, shredded - 85 g

How to make:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. On a cooking sheet add broccoli and oil
  2. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve with the cooked rice and chicken. Mango serve on the side
