Ingredients:

  • Spinach - 100 g
  • Butter - 30 g (2 tbsp)
  • Lemon juice - 30 ml (2 tbsp)
  • Broccoli - 100 g
  • Chicken fillet - 100 g

How to make:

  1. Cut the chicken into small pieces, stew in water with salt or boil until cooked (about 15 minutes)
  2. Heat oil in the pan, add spinach, cook. Add sliced chicken to the spinach
  3. Cook together for 2-3 minutes, add chopped broccoli, cook for 3-4 minutes more until broccoli is al dente
  4. Before serving, sprinkle with lemon juice
