Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 20 ml (4 tsp)
- Lemon juice - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
- Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Broccoli - 200 g
- Cod fillet - 200 g
- Potato, baked - 115 g
- Parsley, fresh - 2.5 g (0.5 tbsp)
How to make:
- Place the cod fillet in some foil, season with salt and pepper, add fresh parsley, a drizzle of olive oil and close lightly. Put the cod parcel in the oven with the potato at a temperature of 170°C for 15 to 20 minutes
- Cut the broccoli into florets and finely chop the stalk. Blanch the broccoli and stalk in boiling salted water for 4 or 5 minutes, then drain and place in a serving bowl
- Serve the cod fillet with baked potato and the broccoli. Drizzle over some olive oil before serving
