Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 20 ml (4 tsp)
  • Lemon juice - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Broccoli - 200 g
  • Cod fillet - 200 g
  • Potato, baked - 115 g
  • Parsley, fresh - 2.5 g (0.5 tbsp)

How to make:

  1. Place the cod fillet in some foil, season with salt and pepper, add fresh parsley, a drizzle of olive oil and close lightly. Put the cod parcel in the oven with the potato at a temperature of 170°C for 15 to 20 minutes
  2. Cut the broccoli into florets and finely chop the stalk. Blanch the broccoli and stalk in boiling salted water for 4 or 5 minutes, then drain and place in a serving bowl
  3. Serve the cod fillet with baked potato and the broccoli. Drizzle over some olive oil before serving
