Ingredients:
- Mozzarella - 50 g
- Arugula - 30 g (1 cup)
- Cucumber - 100 g (1 whole)
- Cauliflower - 200 g
- Bacon - 90 g
- Whipping cream 20% - 35 ml
How to make:
- Cook cauliflower in cream about 10-15 minutes, season with salt and spices to taste
- While the cauliflower is cooking, fry the bacon
- Top cauliflower with shredded mozzarella and bacon
- Serve cauliflower with sliced cucumber and arugula
