Ingredients:

  • Almond milk - 150 ml (0.6 cup)
  • Water - 350 ml (1.5 cup)
  • Honey - 21 g (1 tbsp)
  • Almond - 5 g (4 pcs)
  • Mixed berries, frozen - 90 g
  • Millet - 100 g

How to make:

  1. Combine the millet, water and almond milk in a pan and bring to a boil
  2. Once the liquid starts boiling, lower the heat to medium and let simmer for 20 to 25 minutes, until millet is cooked and most of the liquid has been absorbed
  3. Add the honey and mix well for 30 seconds. Serve the millet topped with mixed berries (thawed if using frozen) and chopped almonds
