Ingredients:
- Nori, sheet - 3 g (1 pcs)
- Sesame seeds - 10 g (1 tbsp)
- Avocado - 210 g (1.5 whole)
- Radish - 120 g
- Avocado oil - 50 ml (3.5 tbsp)
- Edamame - 80 g
- Cucumber, sliced - 155 g (1.5 cup)
- Snap peas - 150 g (1.5 cup)
How to make:
- Slice the cucumber, cut the sugar snap peas in half, cut the radishes in quarters, and cut the avocado in bite-sized chunks
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl except the nori and roasted sesame seeds
- Pour over the avocado oil and stir to coat the ingredients in oil, then top the salad with nori crumbs and sesame seeds
