Ingredients:
- Parsley - 5 g
- Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
- Lemon juice - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
- Tofu, firm - 90 g
- Cheddar cheese - 40 g
- Bell pepper - 50 g
- Sour cream - 15 g (1 tbsp)
- Turkey, ground - 80 g
How to make:
- In a medium frying pan, use the half of oil to brown the turkey meat. Season with salt and pepper. Stir well and finish cooking the meat
- While the meat is cooking, heat the other half of the oil in a separate skillet and cook peppers for 2 min
- Add the tofu. Gently cook for a few more minutes until the tofu begins to brown
- Scoop the meat and the veggie tofu mixture onto a plate or bowl and top with sour cream, parsley, and a drizzle of lime juice
