- Salmon - 200 g
- Avocado - 120 g
- Mustard - 5 g (1 tsp)

How to make:
- Bake the mackerel at 390 °F for 20 minutes
- Mix sliced cucumber and salad greens together
- For the dressing mix together olive oil and mustard
