Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Cucumber - 150 g
  • Salmon - 200 g
  • Avocado - 120 g
  • Mustard - 5 g (1 tsp)
  • Mixed salad greens - 150 g

How to make:

  1. Bake the mackerel at 390 °F for 20 minutes
  2. Mix sliced cucumber and salad greens together
  3. For the dressing mix together olive oil and mustard
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and serve with salmon
