Ingredients:
- Egg - 150 g (3 pcs)
- Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
- Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Tomato - 50 g
- Sesame seeds - 15 g
- Bell pepper - 100 g
- Greens - 15 g
- Whole grain crispbread - 30 g
How to make:
- Preheat the oil in a skillet
- Chop the vegetables, fry lightly with oil
- Beat the egg with a fork with 1 tbsp of water, season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour the eggs over the vegetables and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cover with a lid and cook until the eggs are set. Sprinkle with herbs
- Serve with crispbread
