  • Apple - 150 g (1 whole)
  • Berries of choice - 60 g
  • Cinnamon - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Walnut - 12 g (3 pcs)
  • Greek yogurt, fat-free - 125 ml
  • Flax seeds - 20 g (2 tbsp)

How to make:
