Ingredients:

  • Red onion - 30 g (0.5 whole)
  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Balsamic vinegar - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Arugula - 30 g (1 cup)
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Sweet potato - 150 g (1 whole)
  • Mango - 100 g (0.5 whole)
  • Avocado - 20 g (0.2 whole)
  • Mustard - 2 g (0.5 tsp)
  • Chicken fillet - 100 g (1 pcs)

How to make:

  1. Bake sliced sweet potatoes until soft, sprinkle with olive oil
  2. Cut chicken into long strips, add salt and grill
  3. Dice vegetables and mangoes, mix with cooled chicken, make the sauce, pour it before serving
  4. Serve with cooked sweet potato
