Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 20 ml (4 tsp)
  • Salt and pepper - 0.6 g (2 pinch)
  • Chicken breast - 180 g
  • Apple cider vinegar - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Broccoli - 140 g
  • Green beans - 140 g

How to make:

  1. Grill the chicken under a medium-high heat for around 10 minutes each side, or until cooked
  2. While the chicken is cooking, cut the broccoli into florets and trim the green beans. Steam them together lightly for around 4-5 minutes, or blanch for 4 minutes in boiling salted water then cool
  3. Mix the olive oil and apple cider vinegar with a little salt and pepper
  4. Combine the spinach, broccoli and chicken in a bowl and add the dressing
