Ingredients:

  • Honey - 7 ml (1 tsp)
  • Soy yogurt - 90 g
  • Granola - 30 g (2 tbsp)
  • Grapefruit - 340 g (1 whole)

How to make:

  1. Cut the grapefruit in half and place under a medium-high grill for 4-5 minutes, or until browned
  2. Drizzle honey on the grapefruit and serve with the soya yoghurt and granola
