Ingredients:

  • Honey - 3.5 g (0.5 tsp)
  • Greek yogurt - 120 ml (0.8 cup)
  • Granola - 50 g
  • Grapefruit - 340 g

How to make:

  1. Cut the grapefruit in half and place under a medium-high grill for 4-5 minutes, or until browned
  2. Drizzle honey on the grapefruit and serve with yoghurt and granola
