Ingredients:

  • Honey - 9 g (1.5 tsp)
  • Walnut - 15 g
  • Sunflower seeds - 20 g (2 tbsp)
  • Coconut yogurt - 105 ml (7 tbsp)
  • Grapefruit - 340 g

How to make:

  1. Cut the grapefruit in half and place under a medium-high grill for 4-5 minutes, or until browned
  2. Drizzle honey on the grapefruit and serve with coconut yoghurt and sunflower seeds
