Grilled Salmon with Avocado Sauce

  • Red onion - 30 g (0.3 whole)
  • Spinach - 50 g
  • Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Cherry tomato - 70 g (5 pcs)
  • Lemon juice - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Salmon - 200 g
  • Avocado - 100 g
  • Olive, pitted - 35 g

How to make:

  1. Season salmon with olive oil, salt and pepper, grill for 10-15 minutes, sprinkle with lemon juice before serving
  2. Meanwhile: cut avocado into small pieces, smash with a fork, sprinkle with lemon juice, add chopped tomato and red onion
  3. Serve the sauce on top of the grilled salmon with spinach on the side
  4. Add olives to the finished dish when serving
