Ingredients:
- Red onion - 30 g (0.3 whole)
- Spinach - 50 g
- Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
- Cherry tomato - 70 g (5 pcs)
- Lemon juice - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Salmon - 200 g
- Avocado - 100 g
- Olive, pitted - 35 g
How to make:
- Season salmon with olive oil, salt and pepper, grill for 10-15 minutes, sprinkle with lemon juice before serving
- Meanwhile: cut avocado into small pieces, smash with a fork, sprinkle with lemon juice, add chopped tomato and red onion
- Serve the sauce on top of the grilled salmon with spinach on the side
- Add olives to the finished dish when serving
