Ingredients:

  • Butter - 15 g (1 tbsp)
  • Onion - 10 g
  • Tomato - 30 g
  • Cheddar cheese - 45 g
  • Lettuce - 20 g (2 leaves)
  • Beef - 170 g

How to make:

  1. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and pepper. Finely chop the onion, add to the meat and combine thoroughly with your hands. Form one hamburger patties per portion
  2. Fry the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side in some butter in a frying pan
  3. To assemble, take 2 lettuce leaves for each burger. Place burger in the middle, top each with slices of cheese. Add sliced tomato, season with salt and pepper
  4. Try to wrap the burger so you can easily grab it
