Ingredients:
- Butter - 15 g (1 tbsp)
- Onion - 10 g
- Tomato - 30 g
- Cheddar cheese - 45 g
- Lettuce - 20 g (2 leaves)
- Beef - 170 g
How to make:
- In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and pepper. Finely chop the onion, add to the meat and combine thoroughly with your hands. Form one hamburger patties per portion
- Fry the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side in some butter in a frying pan
- To assemble, take 2 lettuce leaves for each burger. Place burger in the middle, top each with slices of cheese. Add sliced tomato, season with salt and pepper
