Ingredients:

  • Curry powder - 2 g (0.5 tsp)
  • Greek yogurt - 45 g (3 tbsp)
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Chicken breast, cooked - 230 g
  • Bell pepper - 150 g
  • Green onion - 5 g

How to make:

  1. Cut the bell peppers lengthwise and remove the seeds. Set aside
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the chicken, greek yogurt, green onion, and curry. Add salt and pepper to taste
  3. Divide the chicken curry mix into the bell peppers
