Ingredients:
- Salt - 2 g (0.5 tsp)
- Butter - 35 g
- Cream cheese - 90 g
- Baking powder - 2 g (0.5 tsp)
- Almond flour - 50 g (0.4 cup)
- Coconut flour - 40 g (0.3 cup)
- Egg yolk - 20 g (1 pcs)
- Garlic powder - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Dill - 10 g (2 tbsp)
- Turkey ham - 100 g
- Water, warm - 150 ml (0.6 cup)
How to make:
- Mix together all the dry ingredients
- Add melted butter, egg yolk and water to the dry mix. Stir with a spatula and let the dough rest for about 10 minutes. You will get a viscous dough, similar to clay
- Moisten your hands with water and divide the dough into several parts (you will have a medium size naan) or in 10 parts (mini naan, easier to fry)
- Shape the naan and cook in the oiled pan over medium heat. 3-4 minutes on each side
- Serve the naan warm
- When serving the naan, spread cream cheese over it and sprinkle with dill (if desired, squeeze garlic on it). Put a piece of ham on top
