Ingredients:
- Egg - 50 g (1 pcs)
- Spinach - 30 g (1 cup)
- Salt - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
- Water - 45 ml (3 tbsp)
- Cream cheese - 35 g
- Almond flour - 20 g
- Bacon - 50 g
How to make:
- Whisk together flour, egg, water, and salt until the mix reaches the consistency of a yogurt. Pour the pancake mix onto a hot skillet, spread it all over the surface, cook on both sides
- Fry bacon slices in a pan or grill for 2-3 minutes. Spread the cream cheese over the pancake, top with bacon, spinach, and arugula. Fold the pancake in half
