Ingredients:

  • Egg - 50 g (1 pcs)
  • Spinach - 30 g (1 cup)
  • Salt - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Water - 45 ml (3 tbsp)
  • Cream cheese - 35 g
  • Almond flour - 20 g
  • Bacon - 50 g

How to make:

  1. Whisk together flour, egg, water, and salt until the mix reaches the consistency of a yogurt. Pour the pancake mix onto a hot skillet, spread it all over the surface, cook on both sides
  2. Fry bacon slices in a pan or grill for 2-3 minutes. Spread the cream cheese over the pancake, top with bacon, spinach, and arugula. Fold the pancake in half
