Ingredients:
- Egg - 50 g (1 pcs)
 - Spinach - 30 g (1 cup)
 - Salt - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
 - Water - 45 ml (3 tbsp)
 - Cream cheese - 80 g
 - Almond flour - 100 g (0.8 cup)
 - Salmon - 100 g
 
How to make:
- Whisk together flour, egg, water, salt until it reaches the consistency of a yogurt. Pour the pancake mix onto a hot skillet, spread it all over the surface, cook on both sides. Cut salmon into small pieces and fry in a pan for 5 minutes
 - Spread the cream cheese over the pancake, top with salmon and spinach. Fold the pancake together
