Ingredients:
- Egg - 100 g (2 pcs)
- Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
- Cherry tomato - 100 g (7 pcs)
- Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Cheddar cheese - 40 g
- Kale - 50 g
- Egg yolk - 20 g (1 pcs)
- Pecan nut - 15 g
- Garlic powder - 3 g (1 tsp)
How to make:
- Heat oil in a small skillet, add sliced tomato and spices, sauté 3-4 minutes until soft
- Add kale and sauté for a another 2-3 minutes. Make two holes in the sauce and crack two eggs
- Cover the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes over low heat, until egg whites are set
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese and chopped nuts. Season with salt and serve
