Ingredients:

  • Egg - 100 g (2 pcs)
  • Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Cherry tomato - 100 g (7 pcs)
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Cheddar cheese - 40 g
  • Kale - 50 g
  • Egg yolk - 20 g (1 pcs)
  • Pecan nut - 15 g
  • Garlic powder - 3 g (1 tsp)

How to make:

  1. Heat oil in a small skillet, add sliced tomato and spices, sauté 3-4 minutes until soft
  2. Add kale and sauté for a another 2-3 minutes. Make two holes in the sauce and crack two eggs
  3. Cover the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes over low heat, until egg whites are set
  4. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and chopped nuts. Season with salt and serve
