Ingredients:

  • Egg - 100 g (2 pcs)
  • Spinach - 20 g
  • Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 to taste)
  • Tomato - 100 g (1 whole)
  • Kale - 30 g
  • Egg yolk - 55 g (2 pcs)
  • Garlic powder - 2 g (1 tsp)

How to make:

  1. Heat oil in a small skillet, add sliced tomato and spices, sauté 3-4 minutes until soft
  2. Add kale and spinach and sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes. Make two holes in the sauce and crack two eggs
  3. Cover the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes over low heat, until egg whites are set. Season with salt and serve
