Ingredients:
- Egg - 100 g (2 pcs)
- Spinach - 20 g
- Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
- Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 to taste)
- Tomato - 100 g (1 whole)
- Kale - 30 g
- Egg yolk - 55 g (2 pcs)
- Garlic powder - 2 g (1 tsp)
How to make:
- Heat oil in a small skillet, add sliced tomato and spices, sauté 3-4 minutes until soft
- Add kale and spinach and sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes. Make two holes in the sauce and crack two eggs
- Cover the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes over low heat, until egg whites are set. Season with salt and serve
