- Parsley - 10 g (2 tbsp)
- Avocado - 35 g
- Lentils - 100 g
- Cauliflower - 230 g
- Cashew nut - 40 g
- Dill - 10 g (2 tbsp)
- Feta cheese - 75 g
How to make:
- Boil pre-soaked lentils until tender, but retaining a little bite
- Add nuts to the prepared lentils. Season with greens, salt and pepper to taste
- Steam cauliflower in the boiled water for 5 minutes, put with lentils, add feta, avocado and mix
