Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Green beans - 200 g
  • Sage - 2 g (1 tsp)
  • Pesto sauce - 15 g (1 tbsp)
  • Pumpkin seeds - 10 g (1 tbsp)
  • Turkey mince - 140 g
  • Lettuce, leaf - 30 g (4 leaves)
  • Garlic clove, minced - 2 g (0.5 pcs)
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Onion, finely chopped - 30 g (0.3 whole)

How to make:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper
  2. Place oil in a saucepan and cook the onion and garlic over a low heat until softened
  3. Place the turkey mince into a large bowl and mix with the chopped herbs, salt and pepper and the onion mixture. Then shap into 1 large or 2 small burgers
  4. Place the burgers into the oven and cook for 25 minutes or until browned on top and cooked through
  5. While the burgers are cooking, trim the green beans and blanch in boiling salted water
  6. Serve the turkey burgers wrapped in large lettuce leaves with green beans and some pesto. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and olive oil
