Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
- Mushroom - 70 g (1 cup)
- Broccoli - 310 g
- Tofu, marinated - 460 g
How to make:
- Cut the broccoli into florets and steam for 7-10 minutes
- Slice the mushrooms and shallow fry in the olive oil
- Add parsley to the mushrooms when cooked, mix through and serve with reheated marinated tofu
