Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Mushroom - 70 g (1 cup)
  • Broccoli - 310 g
  • Tofu, marinated - 460 g

How to make:

  1. Cut the broccoli into florets and steam for 7-10 minutes
  2. Slice the mushrooms and shallow fry in the olive oil
  3. Add parsley to the mushrooms when cooked, mix through and serve with reheated marinated tofu
