Ingredients:

  • Onion - 50 g (0.5 whole)
  • Coconut oil - 30 ml (2 tbsp)
  • Radish - 70 g (16 pcs)
  • Zucchini, medium - 220 g (1 whole)
  • Chinese cabbage - 120 g
  • Tofu, marinated - 460 g

How to make:

  1. Shred the cabbage, slice the onion, dice the courgette and stir-fry for 5 minutes over a medium heat with 2 tbsp of coconut oil
  2. Cut the marinated tofu into cubes and add it to the frying pan with the vegetables and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes
  3. Slice the radishes in quarters and serve with the tofu and vegetable stir-fry
