Ingredients:

  • Lemon juice - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Basil, chopped - 5 g (1 tbsp)
  • Walnut - 20 g (5 pcs)
  • Olive oil, extra-virgin - 20 ml (1.5 tbsp)
  • Lettuce - 80 g (4 leaves)
  • Canned tuna, drained - 200 g
  • Spring onion, finely chopped - 15 g
  • Celery stalk, minced - 120 g

How to make:

  1. Pour the tuna into a mixing bowl and break the chunks into small pieces using a fork
  2. Add the finely chopped basil, spring onions, celery and lemon juice. Use a fork to mix the ingredients together
  3. Add the extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste
  4. Serve the tuna mixture inside large lettuce leaves with a segment of lemon
