Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Lemon juice - 30 ml (2 tbsp)
  • Garlic clove - 3 g (1 pcs)
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Cucumber - 50 g (0.5 whole)
  • Tomato - 100 g (1 whole)
  • Sesame seeds - 5 g (0.5 tbsp)
  • Lettuce - 20 g (2 leaves)
  • Yellow bell pepper - 50 g (0.25 whole)
  • Mussel, shelled - 130 g (1 cup)
  • Farro - 100 g (0.5 cup)

How to make:

  1. Boil farro until cooked, indicated on the packaging
  2. Stew mussels for 5-7 minutes in a mixture of lemon juice, olive oil, season with garlic at the end
  3. Add the cooked farro to the mussels, mix
  4. Mix chopped tomato, cucumber, lettuce, bell pepper, add salt before serving, pour lemon juice, sprinkle with sesame seeds
